How Do You Know Your Truth?
Your truth does not live "out there". It is something that is hidden right inside of you. Behind all the layers of distortions, social programming and mental conditioning, lives your inner knowing of who you really are.
Part of knowing your truth begins with being authentic. With showing up and being exactly who you are and be.
When you take off the mask, and peel away the layers of shame, you allow the space for the sweetness of your true essence to reveal itself.
There is sweet tangy deliciousness inside of you waiting to emerge.
Not unlike the pineapple.
What's beneath the surface...
If you walked by a pineapple and didn't know what it was...
Would you be curious?
Would you stop to check it out and explore?
Would you have any idea what was inside of it based on it's exterior appearance?
Would you settle for other people explaining it to you, or would you want to experience it for yourself?
See I can tell you how amazing a pineapple tastes, but you must taste it yourself to truly understand. Once you do, you know. You embody the experience and it becomes a part of you.
Truth is the same way.
You learn your truth by exploring. By being curious. By trying out new things. By cutting to the core and finding the treasures hidden inside.
Sure people can guide you along your path of discovery, but no one can tell you your truth. You must learn how to attune to your own inner wisdom and allow the juiciness of who you truly are and be to emerge and flow.
In essence, you must welcome yourself home.
So my love, What is your Truth? What is the juicy #soulyum waiting inside of you to burst free?
